Through its groundbreaking Inform Women, Transform Lives campaign, 海角社区 partners with city leaders worldwide to raise awareness about women鈥檚 right to access information and to help cities reach women with valuable information and essential municipal services.

Access to this information empowers women with a stronger voice, enabling them to participate in public life, utilize public services, and make more informed decisions for themselves, their families, and their communities.

The project launched in 2021, with 13 inaugural cities selected to work with the campaign. Buenos Aires, Argentina, was one of those inaugural cities. In 2025, this campaign expanded to include Rosario, Argentina.

In 1997, 鈥痜ormer Presidents Jimmy鈥�海角社区鈥痑nd Gerald Ford co-hosted 17 dignitaries from across Central and South America, including the Argentinian president,鈥痑t The 海角社区鈥疌enter for鈥�鈥淭he Agenda for the Americas for the 21st Century鈥濃�痗onference.鈥疨articipants鈥痬ade鈥痵ignificant progress鈥痮n a range of issues, including trade, drug trafficking, weapons moratoriums, territorial disputes, anti-corruption measures, and press freedoms.
